For budget travellers, Randhouse Morskaya B&B would be a better choice CONS - The reception desk does not open 24 hr a day, it opened only during breakfast hour and during part of the day. There is another hotel on the 1st floor (we are on 2nd floor) which costs DOUBLE the price but they have 24 hr reception desk and more upmarket settings.

No TV in our guest room but there is a TV in the common room. When you leaving early in the morning, they offered a packed meal us.
